Beth, Luis, Kyle and Rachel

Our family has been coming to this corner of Lewis and Clark Lake for two generations. The bluffs, the water, and the slower pace are part of our history here. Some of our best memories were made moving between cabins, watching sunsets from the deck, getting out on the boat, golfing nearby, and spending time with people who came back year after year.

We recently purchased this home after staying here ourselves when it was a short-term rental under a previous owner. We brought our work family here from across the country, and the lake made the exact impression we hoped it would. The house was clean, comfortable, and easy for a real group to settle into.

Beth and Luis Trejo own Chatterkick. Kyle Kovarna owns Riverstone Realty, and Rachel is a nurse. We live and work in the Sioux City area, and we care a lot about reputation, follow-through, and taking good care of the property. Our goal is simple: we want every stay to feel solid, comfortable, responsive, and well looked after from booking to checkout.

This house works beautifully for families, friend groups, and longer stays. With two kitchens, separate living spaces, garage entry, and outdoor access on each level, guests can gather easily while still having room to spread out.

The home is newly constructed, fresh, and intentionally maintained. We treat it like a long-term investment, which means we want things handled quickly, cleaned well, and prepared with the details guests actually notice.
